Lifetime Repair Service
At Parkes Textiles, we are committed to sustainability and the longevity of our creations. Rather than discarding damaged items, we proudly offer a Lifetime Repair Service for all our textiles. If your piece sustains damage through normal use, we will repair it to extend its life and preserve its story. Please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the damage to initiate a repair request.
Standard Returns
We accept returns on standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Shipping costs for standard returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom and Bespoke Items
Due to the personalized nature of our customs process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any bespoke or custom textile items. Each custom piece is handcrafted specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.
