The Cove Sling

The Cove Sling is patterned to sit flat and comfortably against the body for a lightweight, over-the-shoulder carry. Designed for everyday versatility, the bag is fully reversible to offer two different looks.

Each sling is handcrafted in small batches in Scotland using salvaged textiles, repurposed hardware, and vintage thread passed down through generations. The weather-resistant waxed cotton side is sourced either from the Remake recycling centre in Crieff or from the deadstock of other creative practitioners. Much of this premium cloth originates from Halley Stevensons in Dundee, a mill world-renowned for its heritage weatherproofing. For a completely different look, the reverse side features high-quality cotton sourced from local hospice and charity shop shelves.

Product Care & Ageing

-Highly durable and made for regular wear, the waxed cotton side will soften and adapt to your shape over time, developing a unique, creased patina. To maintain its quality, do not put this bag in a washing machine. Spot-clean the surface with cold water only; do not use detergent.
